Please fill out this registration for your child to begin preparing for First Reconciliation and First Communion. MANDATORY RETREAT SCHEDULE FOR SESSION B: 1. Saturday, March 15 (First Reconciliation) 2. TBD (First Communion) BEFORE REGISTERING: 1. This form is only for those who completed LAST YEAR'S faith formation or Catholic school and are registered for faith formation and/or Catholic school this year (2024-2025). Please do not fill out this registration if that does not apply to you. 2. Please have a digital copy of your child's Baptism certificate before you begin your registration. You will need this to complete your registration. 3. If your child is 7 years old or older and has NOT been baptized, do NOT fill out this form. Instead, please contact erica@stgabrielchurch.org 4. If you are unable to make the mandatory retreat(s), please look to the registration page for Group B of Sacramental Preparation and register for those retreat dates, as this is an essential part of our Sacramental preparation process.
